Major Financial Institution
The Environmental Group provided Phase I and II environmental assessment services for our client to acquire and finance a substantial former chemical manufacturing property in Connecticut. We continue to provide remediation strategies and management as additional areas of concern are identified throughout the assessment process.
International Real Estate Investor
The Environmental Group provided Phase I and II environmental assessment services for an investor to acquire and finance a significant estate property in Bedminster, New Jersey. TEG strategically removed several underground storage tanks (USTs) and provided additional management and consulting services for a renowned investment client. Our staff worked alongside the State of New Jersey Division of Solid Waste to successfully reverse the site’s landfill classification. The site is currently under development as a golf course.
Public Water Supply Company
The Environmental Group provided delineation and remediation strategies as well as consultation for potential contamination to a public water supply. This included the strategic removal of 14 leaking underground solvent tanks and soil/groundwater delineation and remediation.
