The Environmental Group provided Phase I and II environmental assessment services for an investor to acquire and finance a significant estate property in Bedminster, New Jersey. TEG strategically removed several underground storage tanks (USTs) and provided additional management and consulting services for a renowned investment client. Our staff worked alongside the State of New Jersey Division of Solid Waste to successfully reverse the site’s landfill classification. The site is currently under development as a golf course.
Status Report:
Provided Phase I and II Environmental Assessment services for the acquisition and financing of the former Dow Chemical Property in Danbury, Connecticut. TEG has continued to provide remediation strategy and oversight for areas of concern identified during the assessment process.
